DAS Gallery Window Display
The front windows of Dungog Arts Society have a new display. For the next three weeks, the work of Lorraine and Lisa Wiseman will feature in the DAS gallery’s front windows.
Lorraine’s beautiful textile works include a super-soft leather cap, tote, embroidered cross-body and shoulder bags full of handy pockets, intricate crochet rug and throw, and caps made from repurposed fabrics such as men’s ties.
Lisa’s eclectic collection of works include her signature crochet hats with horns, ears and long tails, swimsuits, a painted handsaw featuring horses, painted tshirts, and a poseable mixed media bikini-clad bunyip.
All Dungog Arts Society members are welcome to show their work in the gallery windows once or twice a year, for three weeks at a time, depending on whether they use one or both windows.
